DBX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DBX1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,707 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLEKHH3, ACAD8, and COL5A2. Each is linked with DBX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBX1-to-partner and partner-to-DBX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLEKHH3 grouped by DBX1-low versus DBX1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
