DBT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRLH, PPIAP5, and RPL32P36. Each is linked with DBT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBT-to-partner and partner-to-DBT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRLH grouped by DBT-low versus DBT-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
