DBT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DBT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBT-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMIGD1, MS4A4A, and TEX101. Each is linked with DBT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBT-to-partner and partner-to-DBT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMIGD1 grouped by DBT-low versus DBT-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
