DBNL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBNL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 616 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBNL-associated genes across cancer lineages are POLR2DP1, SNORD116-30, and RNU6-1191P. Each is linked with DBNL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBNL-to-partner and partner-to-DBNL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POLR2DP1 grouped by DBNL-low versus DBNL-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBNL→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBNL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
