DBIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,536 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01337, SEC31B, and PSMA3-AS1. Each is linked with DBIP2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBIP2-to-partner and partner-to-DBIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBIP2 versus LINC01337 in THYM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
