DBIL5P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBIL5P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,214 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBIL5P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCBP3, CDC73, and XPO1. Each is linked with DBIL5P in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBIL5P-to-partner and partner-to-DBIL5P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBIL5P versus NCBP3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBIL5P→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBIL5P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
