DBI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,299 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBI-associated genes across cancer lineages are YPEL5P1, SSX2, and PDLIM1P3. Each is linked with DBI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBI-to-partner and partner-to-DBI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YPEL5P1 grouped by DBI-low versus DBI-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBI→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
