DBH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,181 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBH-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR76, LINC01392, and MIR1266. Each is linked with DBH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBH-to-partner and partner-to-DBH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR76 grouped by DBH-low versus DBH-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBH→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
