DAZ4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAZ4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 168 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAZ4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NACA, CDHR1, and CD1D. Each is linked with DAZ4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAZ4-to-partner and partner-to-DAZ4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAZ4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAZ4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
