DAXX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAXX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 72 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAXX-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, GKN2, and IFNA13. Each is linked with DAXX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAXX-to-partner and partner-to-DAXX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAXX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAXX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
