DARS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,253 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP1, CDC73, and DHX9. Each is linked with DARS2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DARS2-to-partner and partner-to-DARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DARS2 versus PARP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
