DAPK3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAPK3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,322 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CALD1, CNN1, and FILIP1L. Each is linked with DAPK3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-DAPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAPK3 versus CALD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
