DAPK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAPK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 716 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAPK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P21, MIR367, and RPL35AP37. Each is linked with DAPK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAPK3-to-partner and partner-to-DAPK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P21 grouped by DAPK3-low versus DAPK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAPK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAPK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
