DAP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,392 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CACYBP, ADAR, and FLAD1. Each is linked with DAP3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAP3-to-partner and partner-to-DAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAP3 versus CACYBP in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
