DAP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,470 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R3C, F13A1, and RBMS3. Each is linked with DAP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAP3-to-partner and partner-to-DAP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DAP3 versus PPP1R3C in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
