DAO

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAO mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAO-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R4, LIM2, and UGT2B10. Each is linked with DAO in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAO-to-partner and partner-to-DAO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R4 grouped by DAO-low versus DAO-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAO→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
