The most reproducible DANT1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lateral ventricle development, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Notochord development. Each is linked with DANT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DANT1-to-partner and partner-to-DANT1 results are reported.
