DAGLA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAGLA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,547 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAGLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM2, RAD51, and NCAPG. Each is linked with DAGLA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAGLA-to-partner and partner-to-DAGLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 grouped by DAGLA-low versus DAGLA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAGLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAGLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
