DAGLA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAGLA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,177 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAGLA-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXW10, B4GALNT2, and OR10K2. Each is linked with DAGLA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAGLA-to-partner and partner-to-DAGLA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FBXW10 grouped by DAGLA-low versus DAGLA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAGLA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAGLA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
