DAG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,257 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL42, MARCHF5, and DHFR. Each is linked with DAG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAG1-to-partner and partner-to-DAG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPL42 grouped by DAG1-low versus DAG1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
