DACH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DACH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DACH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MROH2B, TPD52L3, and REG3G. Each is linked with DACH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DACH2-to-partner and partner-to-DACH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MROH2B grouped by DACH2-low versus DACH2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DACH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DACH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
