DAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Shc_pY317, and Beclin. Each is linked with DAB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB2-to-partner and partner-to-DAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by DAB2-low versus DAB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
