DAB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF6, BPIFA1, and OR12D2. Each is linked with DAB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB2-to-partner and partner-to-DAB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF6 grouped by DAB2-low versus DAB2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
