DAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, MYH11, and FoxM1. Each is linked with DAB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB1-to-partner and partner-to-DAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by DAB1-low versus DAB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
