DAB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DAB1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,877 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGAP1, NFATC2, and ZMIZ1. Each is linked with DAB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB1-to-partner and partner-to-DAB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYNGAP1 grouped by DAB1-low versus DAB1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DAB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DAB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
