Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAB1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,513 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DAB1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DTX3L_S545, ZRANB2, and DPP3. Each is linked with DAB1-AS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DAB1-AS1 results are reported.
