Across TCGA patient cohorts, DAB1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,268 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DAB1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein polymerization, Positive regulation of protein-containing complex assembly, and Macromolecule methylation. Each is linked with DAB1-AS1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DAB1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-DAB1-AS1 results are reported.
