Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYYR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated CYYR1 data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher CYYR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYYR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SCLC, BRCA, and BLCA are the cancer types where CYYR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
