CYYR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYYR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,313 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYYR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK2, KANK3, and TNS2. Each is linked with CYYR1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYYR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYYR1 versus KANK2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
