CYYR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYYR1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYYR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFAP4, ACSM1, and CYP4X1. Each is linked with CYYR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYYR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYYR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFAP4 grouped by CYYR1-low versus CYYR1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYYR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYYR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
