CYTIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,698 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are VPS18, ELOA, and GPN3. Each is linked with CYTIP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTIP-to-partner and partner-to-CYTIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VPS18 grouped by CYTIP-low versus CYTIP-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
