CYTH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4445, RNA5SP307, and UHRF1. Each is linked with CYTH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH4-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4445 grouped by CYTH4-low versus CYTH4-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
