CYTH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYTH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,494 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYTH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIGD1AP10, DUTP5, and NOLC1P1. Each is linked with CYTH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYTH1-to-partner and partner-to-CYTH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HIGD1AP10 grouped by CYTH1-low versus CYTH1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYTH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYTH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
