Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYSLTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,120 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYSLTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIC2, DOK2, and EVL. Each is linked with CYSLTR1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSLTR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSLTR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYSLTR1 versus CLIC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYSLTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYSLTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
