Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYSLTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYSLTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with CYSLTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSLTR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSLTR1 results are reported.
