Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYSLTR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYSLTR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4D10, PROKR2, and BMX. Each is linked with CYSLTR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYSLTR1-to-partner and partner-to-CYSLTR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4D10 grouped by CYSLTR1-low versus CYSLTR1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYSLTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYSLTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
