Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYRIB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYRIB-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1149P, MIR4445, and RN7SKP110. Each is linked with CYRIB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYRIB-to-partner and partner-to-CYRIB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1149P grouped by CYRIB-low versus CYRIB-high in UCEC.
