CYP8B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP8B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP8B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R7, NF1P5, and RNU1-35P. Each is linked with CYP8B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP8B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP8B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R7 grouped by CYP8B1-low versus CYP8B1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP8B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP8B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
