The most reproducible CYP8B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of synoviocyte proliferation, Positive regulation of synoviocyte proliferation, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with CYP8B1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP8B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP8B1 results are reported.
