The most reproducible CYP51A1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SDF2L1, GMPPA, and PCGF2. Each is linked with CYP51A1-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP51A1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP51A1-AS1 results are reported.
