Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4Z2P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,425 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4Z2P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAPLN, SUSD2, and TNS2. Each is linked with CYP4Z2P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4Z2P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4Z2P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP4Z2P versus PAPLN in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4Z2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4Z2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
