CYP4Z2P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYP4Z2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYP4Z2P data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher CYP4Z2P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYP4Z2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CESC show a favorable association.

BLCA, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where CYP4Z2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
