Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4Z2P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4Z2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are VEZF1P1, EIF1AXP1, and RPL23AP7. Each is linked with CYP4Z2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4Z2P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4Z2P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VEZF1P1 grouped by CYP4Z2P-low versus CYP4Z2P-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4Z2P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4Z2P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
