CYP4X1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CYP4X1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,349 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4X1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM10, SIPA1L3, and MID2. Each is linked with CYP4X1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4X1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4X1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4X1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4X1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
