Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4F62P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,498 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4F62P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycerolipid biosynthetic process, Positive regulation of DNA methylation-dependent heterochromatin formation, and Regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining. Each is linked with CYP4F62P in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4F62P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4F62P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Glycerolipid biosynthetic process grouped by CYP4F62P-low versus CYP4F62P-high in STAD.
