Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4F26P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,869 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4F26P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NECAP2, NLE1, and DOCK10_T1440. Each is linked with CYP4F26P in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4F26P-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4F26P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4F26P→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4F26P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
