CYP4B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,374 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAOA, PKP4, and NEBL. Each is linked with CYP4B1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP4B1 versus MAOA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
