The most reproducible CYP4B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGBP, GALNT16, and PDE8B. Each is linked with CYP4B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4B1 results are reported.
