Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,902 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYP4B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART1, ZWILCH, and FHL5. Each is linked with CYP4B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYP4B1 versus SART1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
