CYP4B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYP4B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,544 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYP4B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NLN, PIMREG, and EIF2S1. Each is linked with CYP4B1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYP4B1-to-partner and partner-to-CYP4B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NLN grouped by CYP4B1-low versus CYP4B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYP4B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYP4B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
